Job Description:

As a Senior Business Development Manager at MSQUARE, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be to engage with brands and agencies, fostering strong relationships and generating new opportunities that drive revenue for the company. This is a dynamic and strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the production industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients within the brand and agency landscape, nurturing leads and turning them into successful partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to align solutions with client needs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully generating new business in the production or related industry.

- Strong network of contacts within the brand and agency landscape.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.

- Results-oriented with a passion for driving revenue growth.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- 5+ years of experience in securing production deals for talent in the traditional and/or digital space.

- Must be proactive, resourceful, efficient, and have proven experience selling to media agencies.

- Relevant experience building out branded campaigns across various production channels, including but not limited to TV, film, digital, and social media.

- Proven Sales & Marketing experience.
